*The student fee applies to Bachelor, Master or PhD students. A copy of your (international) student identification card or a document signed by the head of your department must be attached to your registration form.

Early-career scientist

What the registration fee includes

Optional extras

Transport to the venue

The possibility of booking the shuttle service closes on 1 April.  

There will be a shuttle service running from Schiphol airport to the Conference Centre on Saturday 29 April and Sunday 30 April and from the Conference Centre to Schiphol airport on Thursday 4 May and Friday 5 May. More information will be on the on-line registration form.
Cost: € 25 (one way)

Buffet Dinner

When: Sunday 30 April after the opening session and welcome drinks
Cost: € 35 for conference delegate; additional ticket for accompanying friend and/or family: € 45
Booking: Pre-booking via the registration form is necessary

Conference Party

After three days of serious talks it’s party time. To make it easy for you to come and go as you please the Party will be in the Conference Centre. There will be plenty to eat and drink, live music to listen to or, if you’re feeling energetic, dance to and plenty of space to just sit, relax and enjoy the atmosphere
When: Wednesday 3 May at 20:00 hrs
Cost: € 55 for conference delegate; additional ticket for accompanying friend and/or family: € 65

Excursion programme

The possibility of booking one or more of the excursions closes on 1 April.

There will be a variety of Excursions.

  1. Evening excursions during CMV 2017, immediately after the scientific programme, for delegates and accompanying family and friends.
  2. Day excursions during the scientific programme especially for  accompanying family and friends
  3. Post CMV 2017 excursion for delegates and accompanying family and friends.

The Excursion programme will only take place if the required minimum number of tickets is booked. The final decision regarding which Excursion programme events will take place will be taken on 1 March 2017.
